-    From 2004 General Manager of “Eurofishmarket S.r.l.”, advising, training and information company in the fishery and aquaculture environment. Eurofishmarket S.r.l is the Italian reference for aquacultures operators, fishermen, large retailers, consumers associations, control bodies (Ministries, ASL, IZS), the Universities and research centers. Eurofishmarket S.r.l most important tools are: the website www.eurofishmarket.it and “Eurofishmarket”- scientific magazine out every four months.
-    From 2004 Editor of “Eurofishmarket”, scientific and professional fishery magazine, written in Italian and English, distributed worldwide.
-    From 2005 Consultant for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs website and multimedia magazine, with specific attention to the fishery sector.
-    From 2002 Advisor for “Hobby & Food” S.r.l. Publishing House in Milan; contributor for different companies with articles in magazines and specific enquiries according to each food sector
